The service department continually strives to give top notch attention to your problems.
In my opinion, this is the best Ford dealership in Alberta. So much so, that I travelled from Edmonton to Medicine Hat just because the prices are the best, the staff is the easiest to work with, and even when they thought my upgrades were insane, they were happy to make my vision happen. I am so grateful to them!
Big M has always been great to deal with the people that work there are all great they make the purchase go very smooth
