I brought in my 2025 Trailblazer for the 7,500 mile service on Friday July 3rd. Shortly after dropping it off I got a text with the link to track my service and view my estimate. I looked at the estimate and it had listed a multi-point vehicle inspection for $0 and 7,500 mile service for $64.95 which came out to $78.39 after taxes and fees which is around what I expected. Excellent customer service from John Whelan.
I bought a new Chevy Malibu, the buying experience was wonderful. The service department is a complete nightmare, they NEVER answer the phone and when I leave a message, they NEVER call me back. So with that said I will NEVER recommend big M Chevrolet in Radcliff.
