I pulled in to do a regular exterior wash and the attendant there couldnt even look me in the face or speak actual words to me. I said hello with no answer as he just held his hand out waiting for my money. I told him which wash I wanted, put the money in his hand and he walked away without saying a word. I waited for a moment but another person working there was waving me up to come through the wash. I have used them a lot, and if something is not clean they will fix it. Check your car before you leave the lot, and if not clean just go right back in. I have had to take mine back, not just there but also Car Spa on Webb Chapel. I took it back there one time 3 times before they got it clean. I don't like to pay for things I don't get.

It was my first time to use them so not having a clue where to start the process i had to ask them instead of being directed. When I approached the attendant but he just stood there holding a sign with prices. I asked him for a brochure i could take with me because either he didn't understand my questions or didn't care. They didn't have any!? As they were drying off my car I notice they shut my passenger door ONLY blocking my view. I just went to Big Lou's for some detail work. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I went. The entire reason I went was because I had 2 Route 44 Strawberry limeades explode last night. It was all over my dash, in my cupholders, the doors, the seats and obviously in the carpet. So, I went in and explained all of this and that I really didn't care about the outside as much (it is a truck after all), but that I wanted the interior wiped down, the leather treated and the carpets shampooed. I went there for the first time. I got the $23 full service. Every part was well cleaned, wiped and dried. The wheels are shined and bright.

i went today and paid $23 or maybe even $27 for a full car wash and detail but when i get ready to leave i notice they didnt clean my leather seats or dash board not very happy and when you call to complian all you get is a voicemail.

They do decent car washes, but not detail services. Very average, middle of the road. I would not recommend.

I took may car to Big Lou's for the first time the other day and was very impressed by the service. They really clean your car, I had some sticky glue on the inside of my windshield cause by the Texas Summer beating down on my toll tag and they got it off without my having to ask. I asked to have the wheels done and they absolutely sparkled when they were done. I'm a Happy Customer Indeed!
