Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Today my boyfriend placed an order over the phone. They told him 25 minutes. We live in Lancaster, so by the time I got there it was 45 minutes later. After 45 minutes they said I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for mac and cheese. After 10 minutes of waiting from then, they come back and tell me I won't be getting the burnt ends I ordered because someone called after us asking for a whole pound of burnt ends and apparently their order was more important. the BEST BBQ anywhere! Homemade sauces for every tastebud. This place not only has the best food...but I've never been there and not come out smiling and completely satisfied. The folks are friendly and actually engage in conversation with their customers. Kudos for bringing back the local...to Local Business.
