Every time i have went, it has made me WORSE. Dr Goodberg especially is AWFUL. Do not go!!
Definitely not recommended! I was specifically told back at the hospital that it would be just like the patient room i was in and it was the complete opposite... They took everything to such an extreme point. You cannot even keep your own clothes and they force you to wear these bland clothes that always end up never fitting. I was an eyewitness. I am devastated that my experience may haunt others. It is essential to share my story in these troubling times. Despite my initial trust in Children's Hospital's behavioral health services, the slow response and lack of assistance were disheartening. The crisis hotline made it seem like this was a great place but the neglect and coldness in the room left us feeling abandoned and dehumanized. The customer service I received was terrible I went night time with my daughter set for hours , the girl at the back desk was very rude Smh this is sad to see if your try to focus on your child’s mental health this is the last thing you need It’s a reason this hospital has 2.5 starts don’t bring your child here.
