I do not recommend coming here for care. My child was referred to get a crisis assessment and we checked in at 9:30a and by 12:30p, was still never seen by a physician. We were never updated on why it was taking so long or when we would see at doctor. When having to bring him in for a crisis, I thought it would be treated as such. I have lost respect for this hospital that I once felt provided exceptional care.

I am deeply disappointed with the “help” we received today. I took my daughter to the crisis center today after finding out that she had self harmed. The ladies that did our check-in and grabbed vitals were great. However, I will admit I didn’t have her medical insurance information on hand to provide, as the subscriber is her father and he works nights so was unavailable. After the brief vital check, we were ushered to a consult room. A cold, empty room where we sat for two hours without any update. The staff in the hallway... read more

My child was put through a severe Ethics Violation. Although MOST of the staff is well and good at their jobs- Today i had met a doctor (Maria Stamatakos) who (as a prior Medical worker myself) i must say should NOT be working here with families, or children.
