From beginning to end, everything was professional. After calling about a leak in the ceiling, I received a call back the next day from Hannah. She set up an appointment the following day. Will came to the house, checked out things in the attic and determined that it was not the roof but a leak from the HVAC unit. I appreciate his assistance and knowledge. I won’t hesitate to contact this company again.

My roofing project went wonderfully. The expert manager - Gage Washburn- quoted the job and was on site during the job and made sure everything was done as expected. ( Price was also better than competitors for the same roofing materials. A very important component!.) Very easy and pleasant to work with. The installers were also very very professional and skilled. I highly recommend Big Lick.
