I have been a big fan of your posts for years, but never got to try them because I live in Oklahoma. Well my wife and I were in Ocala this past week and finally got to try it out for myself. Everything was on point!! Brisket was great, sausage and chicken were excellent, my wife especially loved the pulled pork. The best BBQ in FLORIDA hands down and second best BBQ I've had in the country. Amazing! I brought my son here for his 20th birthday and it was such a great idea! We'll definitely be coming back
So far I have only tried the burnt ends, Mac and cheese (Kathy), and the greens... for sure not a disappointment and worth every penny! My granny will be trying the ribs out (they look melt in your mouth good) portions are large! Very satisfied :)
Let me first say we own a BBQ food trailer in Pennsylvania. We had an off day in Disney so we rented a car and drove 1 hour 40 minutes to Ocala Fl to try your BBQ. Have to say everything we had was above average the brisket was phenomenal. Got to meet a couple employees once there line died down they were extremely friendly.. if you are ever close to this truck it’s worth the drive.
