After my son had trouble adapting to the program, the instructor recommended we reach out to Big Learning leadership, as they were "understanding." I reached out Big Learning to see if they could do even a partial refund. I received a response essentially saying, No, it's in the waiver you signed. "I suggest giving it another try." A bit crass. We've had success in other science programs, so this one is a hard pass.
