Horrible customer service!!! I never write reviews but I HAVE HAD IT and my husband is too nice to write this. My husband will call ahead of time to see Eddie who is great at haircuts but then he will make my husband wait for hours while he takes walk ins, and then try to get him to see a different barber who is not good. Also don't make an appointment online, since they don't look at it even though its on their website (???)
