Kevin did an inspection for me and was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took great pictures (good and bad) and had explanations on what I was looking at with suggestions on what could be done.

I called about 7 roofers but most were unresponsive, late or no show. This that did show were over priced for what they offered and they did not offer the level of service as BLR. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, highest quality roof in the industry. They take over all the hassle with insurance companies. They go above and beyond. What can I say… I am so impressed with the quality of work they did. I have been in construction arena for decades, these professional are best at what they do, and by far best roofing job I have seen in a long time. Not only are they skilled but… the way they interface with customer is second to none! We had got stressed about the project, but they stayed anchored with being true to who they are! You will not be disappointed with this company!

John Arnold and Jose were my first contact with the company. They came out to do a roof inspection after our recent storm. They looked at the roof and took pictures all around the roof. When my insurance adjuster came to look Jose was here to go with him and show him what they had discovered. At that point it was decided my full roof would be replaced thanks to the knowledge that in the state of Kentucky there is a no miss match policy and my old shingles (22 yrs old) could not be matched. I recently worked with Big League Roofers after our roof was destroyed by the early 2023 high winds. My wife and I had just retried from the military and we were lost in the process of "homeownership" and dealing with insurance companies.
