Where to begin with this sorry excuse for a business man. We started this nightmare with Joe in October 2019. All communication is via text. We initially discussed showers and counter tops for the kitchen. He asked for $8K up front and estimated it at a four week completion date. Four weeks in and we had not seen much progress. They ripped out the tub and walls then it sat for two weeks and four days before we heard back from Joe. He said that he needed more supplies and had several jobs before ours so he asked that we be patient. Finally they got around to tearing out the walls only to put up sheet rock and some bright orange paper over it. He arranged to be there to work several days that week but came and left within a hour sometimes not even staying that long. He then text a story about needing an additional $5k because he was behind on his rent 3 months and they would evict him. He said that if we would write the check he would have it completed by that Friday completely. Friday he text several times asking where the check was, which we ignored, because the agreement was that he have it all finished and we would write the check. When the job was not finished we text him and then waited. We waited another two days before calling him. He did not answer so there is nothing to report but he text and said he was dealing with an illness in his family and again asked for patience. That next week he sent out Simon. He was amazing. Two days into his job he has most of the first bathroom complete but informed us he would not be back due to non payment. At that point we decide to stop dealing with Joe and only deal with Simon. Simon finished the first bathroom and even corrected some of Joe's "work". Then we asked him to do our second bathroom. He has now completed BOTH showers for $2400 and made sure to use the correct supplies when doing so. We contacted Joe one more time to ask for a refund on the counter tops and he replied with you are asking questions you dont need to be asking and I dont have your money as I have already paid for the counter tops. When asked if he could get in touch with those people he paid he said he did not have their contact information and could no longer help us due to non-payment. We did not press it any further even though we have plenty of documentation to do so just hope this review will help future people to believe the other reviews. I did not and now am out $$$ and time. Such a waste of space.

This is not at all accurate whatsoever.

I thought Joe was a nice guy and went back and for the for over a year to choose him to remodel our bathroom ( I started out talking to Joe in McKinney (most of his work is in Collin County); however we moved to Dallas and we needed a bathroom remodel in our new home). A very long story; but he ultimately abandoned our project leaving our bathroom unusable and such poor workmanship that we are having to hire a new contractor come in and basically rip out what Joe of Big League had done. Thousands of dollars in materials and over $5K in labor down the drain. Do yourself a favor; ask Joe for a list of referrals and see what he provides. I personally cannot recommend Joe or any of the colleagues that he brought in over the 2.5 months for a job that was promised to take 15 days.
