Have been coming here for years - Olga and Heather are consistently great.
Heather ruined me. Showed her a picture of a guy with hair coming down to his eyebrows… she proceeded to give me the most uneven cut that is INCHES above the eyebrow line. Do not come here, just pay good money and go somewhere that will actually cut u right.
Won’t be coming back again. Booked an appointment for me and my son. Showed up a little bit late because of construction to intersection at 161st and Springmill. They allegedly had my son’s appointment in their system, but not mine. Said there was no way they could see me. Charged me for a full cut for my son, but didn’t have the time to give him shampoo, because they had appointments after us and they didn’t want them to wait. Used to go here a long time ago with Heather, Heather did a great job but she wasn’t available one day and they gave me Olga. Olga absolutely butchered me and was rude the whole time. Darn shame had to go to a different barbershop.
