if i could give zero stars i would. for the second time this week Big Lakes has cut the grass at Fox Elementary with zero concern that it is dismissal time or arrival time and that children and parents are everywhere. taking up numerous parking spaces at the most crucial time for parents to get in and being flat out rude to parents when asked if they could pause for the safety of the children. They use to be a quality and safe company but now they are poor quality and dont seem to care about safety at all of their customers ... read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see at 7:00PM a Big Lakes truck pulled up to my house on Waterloo. I appreciate Big Lakes employees for working late to make up rain day houses, especially with the holiday week. I really thought for sure I was going to have to wait until my next scheduled day before it would get cut. I normally get very good service with Big Lakes Lawncare and have for several years now.
