After our boat was damaged last year during the wind storm Erica assisted us with the repairs. Our swim platform was heavily damaged. Our boat came back good as new. We’ve been at Big Lake for three years and have nothing but good things to say about Erica and her team. From annual maintenance to waxing the boat they can do it all. Progressive Insurance was also great throughout the entire claim process. Thanks to Damien and his team for their stand up help. Tom & Cindy
Garret was awesome with our pick up. We had purchased jet skis and needed help with the trailer hitch. The office staff could not be nicer!
Big Lake is the best company for your boating needs..storage..put in..take out..etc. The customer service is superior! Very helpful..responsive..honest people to do business with. Cant say enough!!! Nice not to worry about your boat or rv...in excellent hands here!!!

Wow... I simply can't say enough about the amazing team.here at Big Lake!!! We have had our boat here since last October. When we moved here life was crazy and we needed a place our boat would be safe. Erica and her team did an amazing job of working with my family and even did service on the boat flawlessly!!! I highly recomend them to anyone who wants their boat cared for by professionals!!!
