Wow... I simply can't say enough about the amazing team.here at Big Lake!!! We have had our boat here since last October. When we moved here life was crazy and we needed a place our boat would be safe. Erica and her team did an amazing job of working with my family and even did service on the boat flawlessly!!! I highly recomend them to anyone who wants their boat cared for by professionals!!!
I can use so many superlatives to describe my experiences with them going into our fourth boating season. So responsive and nice and are all about serving the customer. They have helped me out of binds twice, one with a broken prop and the other with boat delivery during their most hectic period. I know I can count on Erica and the team anytime which in the boating world is priceless. Huge kudos to Big Lake!
The owners and crew at Big Lake Recreation are awesome! For boat owners with limited mechanical skills, not having a pickup to haul our boat in and out of the water and living the condo life (no driveway for the boat in the winter!) Big Lake is a dream for us! They've always provided great and friendly service!
