I was so scared to get an eye exam. I haven't had one in like 18 years!! Welllllll my eyes were pretty bad & I finally made the appointment. The staff are amazing & Dr Bartels is awesome!!! I will definitely be a customer for life!!
I was able to be as a walk-in, and the service was wonderful. The ladies at the front desk we're very helpful. I had went in because my son decided to take my glasses apart and the staff were able to help find replacement frames; which were inexpensive and they were quite classy and stylish. The Doctor made the eye exam comfortable and fun. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to visit Big Lake Eye Care.

Wonderful people. Went in as a walk in yesterday was seen in 30 mins & already got my glasses today. Not even 24 hours later!
Dr. Charlie is very thorough, very friendly and spends time when examining or addressing concerns, like you’re his only patient. I never feel rushed by the staff and on the flip side the wait is never very long. I love my glasses and prescription sunglasses that I get there & they will help with any adjustments or repairs if required. I live in another state now but always return home for my eye exams.
