Waiting room horrible. Prices went up 25%. Terrible wash job. Would not recommend for anyone.
they didn't do good job back window was half clean still had grass still on floor in my car. that was money I wasted never go back there again.
RecommendedI went today to get my Mom's car washed & I think they did a great job. There was a lot of dirt & leaves on the floor & everything was vacuumed. I read the other reviews from a year ago complaining about the quality of the wash. I got the $19.99 package & the car looked perfect after coming through the wash so no issues there. Then it was brought over to be dried, have the interior wiped down, & the tires & rims shined. First and last time at this place. It took over an hour to get my truck cleaned. When they indicated my truck was finished, I inspected it and it still had dirt and bird poop on it. It wasn't vacuumed correctly and still had water spots everywhere. It was a waste of my time and my money going here. It was the worst car wash job I've ever seen on my vehicles.
So sad!! This used to be my favorite car wash, but now it is the pits. Service is terrible and the inside of the place is trashed.
Equipment is Gnarly. Management is LAZY. The workers I feel sorry for. They have no clean towels. Do not get the $24 wash. Complete rip off
Quality has gone down! Equipment is held together with ropes. Looks like they don't even have enough towels to dry cars. They were closed Sunday morning
Used to be a great carwash, now it is very poor. No soap on the exterior wash. I went through three times and told them the soap wasn't working. They insisted it was. I took video, no soap, just a dry wash until the rinse phase then I at least got some water, and what appeared to be a feeble attempt at wax. I used to go out of my way to come here but I will not come here again. Something has changed, probably management/ownership. Very, Very poor!
