We ordered Big K for Thanksgiving dinner instead of cooking for ourselves. Listen, I’ve been cooking all quarantine and I’m about over it. So supporting a small business sounded WAY better than shoving my hand into a turkey orifice, watching it cook all morning just to come out with a subpar, not exactly anyone’s favorite, bird to carve. Im a foodie and kinda a BBQ snob. id give this place a 8.5 out of 10. wish they still had the all you can eat lunch buffet but covid killed that. I had the brisket sandwich on a garlic roll and pepperjack cheese, and the side was the smotatoes. both regular and spicy BBQ sauces were delicious. the spicy was more vinegar base like a carolina sauce. Definitely worth every penny and would highly recommend this place.

Ordered some Tri-tip, smotatoes, beans, and pulled pork. They were all very delicious and freshly prepared.
I think they have the best ribs in the Treasure Valley.
I ordered 8 meals for Easter and every person was able to have exactly what they wanted. EVERY item was marked for each person, which was above and beyond what one would expect, and they were so kind & friendly when I picked up the food. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous and everyone had full bellies. I highly recommend and I will be returning!
My fiancé and I decided to order Big K bbq for our quarantine Easter. We had never had it before, but heard about how good it was. We were not left disappointed. Everything we ordered was fantastic! From the deviled eggs to the jalapeño poppers, ribs, pulled pork, scalloped potatos, Mac and cheese, EVERYTHING was fantastic. The MEATBALLS 🤤. We will definitely be back!
