I've been using Big John's Plumbing for several years now. I don't know how I could be more impressed. Owner has been working in plumbing for more than 45 years. Always direct with me about what the problem is and the best/most economical way to fix it. He's fair. Never leaves a mess.
I've been using Big John's Plumbing for several years now. I don't know how I could be more impressed. Owner has been working in plumbing for more than 45 years. Always direct with me about what the problem is and the best/most economical way to fix it. He's fair. Never leaves a mess.
Decent work, but left much to be desired in the customer service department. Rather than educate us on why they disagreed with how we wanted our faucet installed, they chose to speak disrespectfully to us and grumble about us during the course of being here. Not a good experience.
Came same day I called him and replaced our hot water heater, did a great job.
Big John did an awesome job.
