Never again will I have a bday party there. All good until I was told I had 20mins before the other party would show up. �I thought they reserved the back for four hours?I was told no it's only for two hours. I was never told that or that another party was after me when I made the reservation. And if I didn't leave the owner of the place was going to come and kick me out. Lol When I called to reserve the back area all they asked for was what time/date, how many people, my name and phone number.
I have reserved the place for b-day party's and the employees are friendly and always with a smile and the pizza and the wings are yummy. I thank you all for your great service.
Two of the girls at the counter help believe that they had to talk at the top of their lungs. I couldn't stand it. The pizza is great though. Management needs to tell those girls not to yell at the customers.
Our family has had many birthday celebrations at Big John's, but the pizza was not the same. We always order the original thin crust because we enjoy the crunch. During our last visit, the crust was soft and seemed undercooked and we ordered six pizzas!

Best salad bar and pizza buffet. Even though I am a Hermiston fan the back room is great and stories in the pictures make for good conversation. Staff is awesome!
