Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with chilly cheese fries. The waitress of course brings the food and my coworker also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with regular fries and she gave him my food due to not calling the order out right. So when I got my food it was regular fries and the coworker had already put mustard on the cheesesteak. So they wouldn’t make my sandwich or give me my money back. Went to Big Johns Grill today, 6/11/26, and can definitely say I will be back. Went up there with my coworker, hospitality was nice and comforting, place was clean and nice, I had a good time. I overheard that a new girl started her first day behind the grill, and she performed amazingly, in my opinion! The taste was great, proportions were perfect, and I got a full belly and money's worth out of my meal.
