They always do great work making sure our vehicles are safe.
Heard very good things about this place and decided to bring one of my vehicles here for some routine maintenance. I provided a list of everything i was wanting done to John. They ran through the list, checked everything, and provided a quote in a timely manner. Unlike stealerships, they actually advised on items that did not need to be addressed at this time and recommended NOT spending money. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to diesel work. I took my truck in and they had it for 6 weeks claiming they kept ordering the wrong parts or we working on it the next day. After I got my truck back I had issues on the work they did and ended up taking it to a different shop where they told me the work that was previously done was faulty. Big John's would not stand behind their work once I called them to ask about them making it right. I would not recommend taking anything diesel to them.
