Not sure what this lady had problems with but I have also purchased many cars/suv from Big John, and he has always taken care of me. You are buying used cars at cheap prices, your going to have problems. I have had stuff break after buying and mentioned to him, and he has offered to pay either for the part, of the labor, where else can you buy a used car with no warranty that will do that? Also takes payments without charging interest, so I’d say he’s helping people out!

I went to Big Johns Auto and met the owner Big John and his son Little John. They were friendly and helpful. I am on a fix income and could only afford a certain amount for a payment and they extended the months of payments so that it would fix my budget better. The car has been a reliable car. i have had the car for over a year and the only things that i have had to do with it was regular upkeep. Breaks rotors oil change and tune up. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS DEALER OR SO CALLED DEALER – HOW DO YOU GIVE THEM NO STARS!!!!! My son bought several cars from this man and he sold him inferior cars with major problems. The last one was a 1996 cavalier and it was a death trap. The first problem ( after being told by Big John that it was in good shape) it had a gas leak. They took it back and said it didn't have one.Their idea of checking for a gas leak was to park it on a hill and shove a cardboard box under it.
