The guy that was working on this day was not Big John friendly-i would say he was rude. I watched him charge a lady in front of me for a larger cup because he didnt have the correct size lids. It was not her fault after she had already paid for her cup. He never greeted with a smile he just looked at you and expected you to just start speaking your ordee. I can truly say he treated every customer the same- he rarely spoke and when i asked for extra butter it was a problem. I won't be going back to that one. I'll go to the Ch... read more
