Barely any meat on the sub, the bread was hard. Service was bad as well

Bought 2 cups of chili, they didn't say it was spicy. N I can't have spicy food. So I only ate 2 bites. Called the manager n he said he couldn't give me a refund even if I brought the food back. The other chili wasn't even touched. 🤬
