So, I have found the best pulled pork ever! Anywhere! I ignored the sandwich, just ate the pulled pork, no sauce. Perfection!
So, today Big John’s Food Truck came to our church to do a fundraiser for Alabama A&M University and in exchange for non perishable items I received two tickets for food, so I got a pork sandwich and a chicken sandwich, I brought them home to my son, he ate the pork sandwich first and I took a bite out of the chicken barbecue sandwich with slaw and white sauce and it was DELICIOUS 😋! I will see you all on Thursday when you all open. 🫶🏽
First time visiting Huntsville and saw videos of trying these place. I got 2pc catfish and okra. First thing thing i noticed opening the plate, I can smell the fish and okra was fried in old greased. Even taste like it to. The inside was really nice. I later saw that I should’ve went to the one on base.
Big John's was so great to work with! We unfortunately had weather swoop in and we had to change our plans, but what a great experience we had with them in communication and understanding! Look forward to working with Big John's again in the future!
Tried it at the open bottle and the fish,wings and fried okra was all fried in the same old grease.
