Put $2 in the change machine, only got 4 quarters back....make sure you bring quarters before you arrive.
The vacuums do not work well. I was just there again yesterday to try to give it another shot opening they would be fixed. I believe I was at vacuum 3 it just ate my quarters and I couldn’t get them back out. This is the mission location in Bellevue. Around 240ish.
Disappointing that you’re using AI for not only the photo representing the looks of the car wash,which is extremely inaccurate, but also for the majority of your website. Your website and the AI chatbot you implemented give the wrong information 99% of the time. I was willing to look past the AI (because you’re nearby and affordable) when the website said that you’re now accepting cards for the self serve car wash bays but that was one of the inaccurate things stated on your website. This car wash owes me about $10. Just in vacuum money and trying to purchase stuff out of the car wash vending machine.. I recommend not going unless you have a bunch of money to spend. This doesn't deserve a star I had to give it one so I can send my information
