I brought my teen daughter to have her cartilage pierced. I explained to Brian that my daughter suffers from vasovagal syncope (a sudden drop in heart rate, blood pressure, and sugar that can lead to fainting) when there is a needle . Immediately, Brian was sympathetic and made all the right calls (eg. lying down and some juice). He made sure she was ok. Not only did he do his job well, he was personable and cared about my daughter's well-being.

AMAZING ! Mike was my artist and his artwork was exactly what I envisioned. He was so patient with me in both creating the artwork and doing the tattoo. This was my first tattoo, I have chickened out before when I went to other places but from the moment I walked in here I felt comfortable and relaxed. Very clean and professional. Definitely recommend!!
