Jacob was the sales rep who helped us and he was amazing! He secured a deal on the car I wanted working with my budget, and being very patient and honest through my first car purchase from a dealership. He has remained in contact with me after buying my vehicle to check on how I’m liking my purchase and making sure everything is running smoothly. Would definitely recommend working with with Jacob and his team at Big Joe Auto!!
Absolute joke. I brought a buddy here to buy a nearly $60,000 truck and it had a few issues, so they agreed to fix them. After months of no help they are now backtracking and will not fix the issues.
Great service, good prices, and friendly staff.
Shady people had my Mom's drive and hour to see a truck that wouldn't start, then tried to get her to do a deal with the vehicle not fixed. When she refused to take it until fixed, they came with a $1,000 offer on a 2014 Mercedes C300 122,000 miles, and told her the mileage was keeping the offer down. Do not waste your time or emotional state dealing with people like this.
We bought our Hyundai back in 2023 and she runs beyond amazing this is the best dealership in Colorado Springs!! I’ve lived here my entire life and there are no dealerships that are as honest as Mccloskey I want to give a shout out 100% especially to the service department they do great work!! We’ve spoke with Michelle and she’s scheduled our service and as well as Katie on the phones and their customer service skills are superior top tier and that goes a long way they go above and beyond the way they speak to you is amazing... read more
