I don't know why every time I go into eat at big js they mess up my order. I really don't like pickles at all. I ordered my hamburger WITHOUT pickles and that was what my receipt says. When I got my hamburger it had pickles on it. So I took it back and they said they would fix it. I get it back and all they did was take the pickles of. One bite and the pickle juice was so strong it was nasty. Good job guys. The last 3 times we have been there they have messed up our order.
It would be a good idea to ask customers if they want small medium or large meals before asking if they want to combo size it. Misleading and there is nothing really combo about it if the fries are all weighed! Ps fast food is for younger people who need the work experience.
You won't find a cleaner place run by any nicer people in the world! Frequent happy customers!

Love this place! The workers are great and you'll get the best costumer service.
We held a youth activity for 150 youth in our area. We ordered up 20 pizza the day before to be ready at 7 pm. They delivered the pizzas with plates, napkins and serving spatulas. At our event we had 200 youth show up!!! We quickly called up for 10 more pizzas and in no time Pizza Villa had 10 more pizzas made up and delivered. The pizzas were all hot and tasted awesome. Thanks for the great service and quality!!
