Terrible customer service in Parts Dept kailua kona. Went to kailua kona Toyota to purchase a part. Strike 1!! Purchased the part and specifically asked the guy to double check that the part was the correct part and the employee stated yeah yeah that's the correct part. Strike two!! DO NOT go to Big Island Toyota!!! 6 weeks and $3961.94 to resurface the heads, replace valves, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, etc I finally get my Tundra back only to find a fuel leak a week later. Tech and mechanic recommends replacing a cracked fuel pressure regulator estimate at $3-400! I deny the service and take the truck to a friends recommendation who replaces the regulators o-ring for $4!?! 15 months later, I have my tires replaced with a vehicle inspection and the shop recommends replacing the water pump and ... read more
bought our new van from them got a good deal then the salesman crashed it while cleaning for delivery ... they had it repaired and it looked good front fender and mirror was all it was ...oil changes and service have been great ..the accessory plugs r an issue with the van the fuse blows all the time cant seem to fix it idk why ....good place to buy we will go back again for next car
