Toyota is a great company when it comes to vehicles and the sales people. But the service department needs some extreme help with answering the phone. Every time when we call they never answer or return our call after leaving a message. That’s the only problem that they need to fix, especially when you need to get a hold of someone asap, but you can’t cause they don’t answer. When we do there to get the service done, their respectful and nice but the answering of the phone is really important.
The most efficient and fastest auto service in Hilo. Even though I brought my Toyota in Oahu, their staff was welcoming and I could notice the tune-up improved performance. It was also reasonably priced.
