Very nice sales team. But when it comes to the warranty I should have read the fine print a little better.
Took my 2003 Camry to find out why check engine light came on. It worked out that the ECM needed software update, which was not done when Toyota had a recall. They charged me for the diagnostic and flashing the new firmware. I was told to front what the diagnostic cost per hour. That was the only charge. Pleased with the service. The people at the service desk were very friendly
I went in today for service and I wasn't sure what kind of service I would be getting since it was my first time using them. Well I was so amazed at their service and their "aloha" spirit to me and to the other customers that were also waiting! I was so pleased. The service dept was top notch. It's bad enough that they keep all of the Federal Electric Vehicle Tax Credit instead of passing it along. But they also mirepresented about how the tax credit works.
Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here. You will wait forever, even if you made an appointment. Came here a month previous of appointment for da safety check… got a “10% off next service” coupon. Went to get a full service on my Tacoma. Went to handover the 10% off discount coupon, and of course they told me that they wouldn’t accept it. “Oh sorry. New ownership has recently taken over, so we can’t honor that.” Wow. Utilized the service shuttle to go into downtown Hilo while we waited for the service of the truck. Easily the ... read more
