Great service! Sean knows his stuff!
These guys got it down for sure. I actually received my truck back the same day unlike most places. Sean seems to be one of the few businessmen left with moral business practices and that’s enough to keep me coming. They did good rebuilding the shocks on my Raptor.
Got a nice 3” lift, upgraded brake package, new wheels, and a lift helper air bag system installed at Big Island Off-road. Sean took the time to discuss and understand my needs as a customer, and thoroughly explained the process. Ian is an excellent mechanic that completed the work in a timely and professional manor, and he also took the time to explain some of the technical aspects of the project. I can now pull my 10,000 lb boat with an even stance, and enjoy a new look for an older truck.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sean and Ian. They may be masters of the offroad craft (I would not be a good judge of that), but they were still willing to get under my 2004 Chevy pick-up and replace the main gearbox seal. And they did it all in good time, at a very reasonable price (exactly what they said it would be), and in good humor. Much appreciated, amigos!
