Big Island Subaru in Hilo is the absolute worst! Their service department is a complete failure. I have never seen such bad customer service! After our 2 keys to our car were stolen we were told they couldn’t simply replace the keys they had to order an electronic control system which cost thousands. If that wasn’t bad enough it took them 5 months to get the parts. When they finally did they claimed to be still missing a part with no ETA.
