I had 3 fillings done by Dr. Johnson on my right side and I was so comfortable during the procedure I fell asleep! They feel great (I’ve had them for a year). Dr. Cha did a crown on my left side a couple years ago. It still looks and functions wonderfully! He is a great artist and clinician. I would highly recommend Big Island Dentistry for exceptional and caring dental work!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnson and Solomon for a couple years and have always had a great experience. My teeth feel sparkly clean and Dr. Johnson is the best at being proactive with my dental care. Highly recommend 🤙

Although the office staff super nice, unfortunately, I had the worst Dental experience of my life with Dr. Cha. Went in as a new patient with great teeth and no complaints. Got the $300 xrays. Only one small cavity. Immediately after it was filled, I had excruciating pain. Every time I brushed or flossed in that tooth area. Went back 3 times over 4 months and could get no resolution. I have been a customer of this practice for about five years. It has always been a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned. However, my recent experience left me very disappointed. My teeth are in excellent condition, and every time I get an X-ray, there are no issues. Since the X-ray is very expensive—over two hundred dollars—I decided to skip it this time.
