Although the office staff super nice, unfortunately, I had the worst Dental experience of my life with Dr. Cha. Went in as a new patient with great teeth and no complaints. Got the $300 xrays. Only one small cavity. Immediately after it was filled, I had excruciating pain. Every time I brushed or flossed in that tooth area. Went back 3 times over 4 months and could get no resolution. I have been a customer of this practice for about five years. It has always been a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned. However, my recent experience left me very disappointed. My teeth are in excellent condition, and every time I get an X-ray, there are no issues. Since the X-ray is very expensive—over two hundred dollars—I decided to skip it this time. My mom an elderly women, 65 years young went to this office to for a visit. Under the care of Madalyn Johnson… might I add was very rude and un pleasant poking around in my mom’s mouth with a device… numerous times my mom blurted out ouch ouch ouch…. But Dr Johnson kept going. This Madalyn Johnson also squeezed my moms cheeks … My mom started to shed tears because at this point she was in pain.
