Sophia was fantastic to work with for the couple of months that we searched for our home. She understood what we were in the market for and tried to match our needs with available inventory. She was always available to help, proactive, and very responsive to time sensitive issues. It was a more complicated transaction which involved a 1031 exchange but she handled everything very seamlessly. Would recommend her in a heart beat and hope we get to work with her again in the future.
The sale of our home took longer than we had hoped but many factors contributed to the nail biting. There are things we would have done differently but hindsight is always 20/20. One thing was clear; we knew we wanted an agent that would "go to bat" for us when the time called for it. Heather was that agent - she always had our interest in mind and always advocated for us as sellers. She's a hard worker and will earn her due.
