Located at 2764 feet (842.47 meters) in the small ranching town of Waimea, this boutique brewery holds the distinction of being the highest brewery in Hawaii. Good food! Awesome Beer! Smoked Bock rocks! And to top it off there is a bow hunting shop and bicycle shop right behind it. Doesn't get much better than this!
Cream Coconut Ale and the White Mountain Porter for the Big Island's own version of a half-and-half, "The Dirty Coconut." Damn, that's good!
The beer was great! Our favorites were the ginger beer and the cacao beer. We didn't eat, but the food looked good. Service was great and super friendly.
Food and variety of beer was outstanding. I have done some of the top brew pubs in Portland, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Bend and this was as good as any of those.
Thought this place was fantastic! Lengthy choice of brews, grinds were ono. Small indoor seating area, but that's okay it was nice outside! Will definitely go again next time I'm on Hawaiʻi Island.
Love eating here, and the brews are good to boot. I was surprised to find Mexican fare, but there it was. Great place right in the middle of Waimea.

Excellent food including the best chile rellenos anywhere and a great green chili chicken soup. But even better is the beer including the heavy Belgian style Golden Sabbath and the not over-hopped Hot Rods Special Ale.
