came in for an electronic repair on my guitar expecting to be charged and instead I walked out with a fixed guitar without paying a dollar. great customer service.
Excellent customer service from the two gentleman behind the counter. Very helpful
Amazing experience. I had an old autoharp that needed to be re strung and tuned. They didn’t know how to do it before I came in, committed to learning, and gave it back to me fixed. Also, it was for a reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with throughout the experience was SO kind. I don’t think this level of service could be replicated at any other music store in the city, and I’m so glad I came here.
Pugh and Alexis really helped me out of jam when my old tele started acting up - thanks guys!!
