Wonderful place! You can check your tubes for your tube amp. They have albums, beautiful guitars, acoustic, and electric top-of-the-line.! And they were very friendly and knowledgeable. Just moved from Birmingham, Alabama I had two guitar shops For 40 years I used and now I have found one in Atlanta. Ga.!
Excellent service! Guitar had an electrical issue They fixed it super quick - they know what they are doing at this place
We had a PRS SE with a muted string. Other stores needed it to be left for weeks to have a tech look at it or some said the nut had to be changed. Called Big House Guitars. Michael picks up the phone. Says bring it in. An hour later from visiting the store, we walked out with the muted string fixed, lowered tone and the guitar now plays awesome. Michael also noticed the jack was loose and tightened it. He did not even charge for it (thank you!). The store is pretty cool too for a trip down memory lane with LPs, cassettes etc... read more
