Was stranded late Sunday night on the highway, and the tow driver made sure I got to a 24 hour place that could handle the problem. When the first place said they couldn't do it, he called ahead to another place and got me there.
Had to cancel a tow because the driver called me being belligerent and I could barley comprehend anything he was saying like he was on something, began demanding my husband's phone number refusing to talk to me any further calling me man in an aggressive tone and hung up on me and wouldnt get the vehicle until I texted him his number
We had a fantastic experience using this company. We were on a return trip to PA and ran into some serious car trouble. Their driver showed up on time and had great communication throughout the whole process. If you're experiencing unexpected car trouble in the DELMAR area, I think this company would be a great option to go with.
I know I see all these bad reviews but my experience was nothing but perfect. The man delivered the vehicle exponentially vehicle was in the same shape it was when he picked it up. Dropped it on a dime exactly where I asked him to put it. Would definitely use you guys again.
Waited 4 hours for them to come tow my vehicle. When they got to the dealer, they realized they locked the keys in it. Rather than unlock the vehicle like they have sense, the guy busted my window and drove off. Absolutely ridiculous.
