Overall not impressed. Had to request a refill on tea. Really proud of the steaks. Not the kind of place to pay $25.00 for steak! Had the smoked chicken and to there credit it was decent meal and fair price.
Ribs had too many peppercorns and no bbq. Not at all what I prefer. I wont get those again. On the good side, they have really good fish and chips.
I refuse to order steaks at restaurants because they never get the cook right and it's no where near as good as mine at home... I went out on a limb and ordered a ribeye and WOW.... best steak I have ever tasted and the service was AMAZING! This place is almost 2K mi from home and I would fly back next weekend just to treat my wife to it!
We went during a poker run, it was packed but they did their best to accommodate. Very clean, a wonderful refuge from the heat.
We were slow getting waited on. Our food came out and they tried to give it to another table. They gave my food to other table and she was going to return other food to kitchen and we said it was ours. Took another 15 to get my cheeseburger and it wasn't cooked thoroughly and the normal large stack of fries was missing, there was only about 15 fries and some were inedible. We used to go there all the time, not sure I'll go back. It's been going down hill.
Good food, great staff!
