Very friendly staff , great location close to the best Moab has to offer !
A great place to stay, but we were all very disappointed that the pool was closed and it was 100°. Every other hotel had the pool open. But make sure to call before you reserve a place and see if the pool is open and if there are any large groups staying at the hotel. It can make parking difficult and for a loud early morning. Overall, though the rooms were awesome and the staff was very friendly.
We just spoke with Lisa today about our reservation, I've never met her, or been to Big Horn Lodge, but I can already say that I'm going to enjoy it, she was very reassuring and pleasant to speak to, and she explained everything, how cool is that, it's SO rare to hear someone actually taking the time to make sure we would enjoy it, if it wasn't for y'all, our wheelin' trip would have never been that epic, we'll be staying here again next time we come out AWESOME Job Lisa, THANK YOU 😁 🙏
