Chris L. was awesome to us! He came out the night that we had the estimate done because somebody had forgotten to connect a hose when they were looking at the unit earlier that day. Chris has been extremely professional and explained everything very well! I would totally recommend Chris to anyone for their installation. Have worked with Bighorn heating and cooling multiple occasions as our old system began to fail and they’ve always been very helpful. Recently, had them install a new furnace and AC, Robert in sales took the time to work out exactly what we needed. Luke, Dave and Darryl did a fantastic job on the installation. They got it done quicker than I expected and were very professional the entire time. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone!
