Ordered our product through Vivian, and a few weeks later Glynn shows me a sample of what we special ordered. Sent our installer to pick up the product, and there is zero record of it anywhere, they never even ordered it. One month later, it’s finally ordered and delivered after three attempts. Go to have it installed(professionally) and the product will not lock into place. Not open when they say they are
On Tues. 5/23 I visited the store. The only person there said he was an installer. HE WAS VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL. Sorry I didn't get his name. I explained I was in process of buying a home, needed 3 windows covered & in the near future, 2 bedrooms needed new floor coverings. I told him the home was on lockbox but I was having a home inspection the next day & could someone come out & measure? "Yes, either Glen or myself will be there".
