Not impressed! I called to schedule an appointment and was asked to send photos, at which time it was diagnosed as a porokeratoma. No problem. They scheduled me out two months, which was unfortunate due to the pain but I dealt with it. Since I am from out of state I could not use my insurance, which I understood, so was prepared to pay out-of-pocket. Dr Beachler is the best foot doctor for Neuromas. I went to two different offices in Billings and the Bighorn Ankle and Foot is more professional and considerate as our local doctor. I recommend Dr Beachler when I was told by one patient that they were completely neglected after being butchered at the Ortho Montana. I wish ro tell people from the city to come to Dr Beachler. We are really fortunate to have a great local doctor.
Love Dr. Beachler. He removed my ingrown toenails and the procedure was easy and painless. His bedside manner is top notch and he really takes the time with his patients to make them feel comfortable and informed. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!
Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. Dr. Beachler showed me the x-rays and explained every option for treatment. I'm one of those people who like to see what the problem is instead of having them explain it to me in Dr. Babble then expect me to trust them. In my book he is an A+++++++ Doc. To top the whole experience off, one of the receptionists offered to bring my car around so that I didn't have to walk very far. Does it get any better than that?
My experience here was top notch today. I have neuropathy in my feet and was very nervous about someone touching them. I had a surgical issue and they did outstanding while I was in their care.
