updated review: the issue was resolved the next business day, they sent a new temp tag and registration, overnight via UPS, it arrived the next day as they said. they also updated me on my current title status so we are all straightened out now. they were quick to resolve the issue. look forward to doing business again soon, thanks Corey and Nikita for resolving the issue quickly!

pretty easy to deal with when they're selling you a bike, however after words has been a pain. temp tag expired and have not received the title to my bike and I've been unable to obtain a new temp tag from them, tag expired on a Friday they said to call back on Monday, called back only to realize they're not even open on Monday. guy i talked to on the phone said they would "write me a note if i got pulled over''. now I'm unable to ride my bike until they're open or my title arrives. Excellent, timely customer service. Our salesman Rich was FANTASTIC!! FAR BETTER SERVICE THAN OTHERS IN THE OHIO VALLEY!!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy!!!
