They broke my mirror and refused to pay for it because they marked it as damaged WHEN IT GOT TO THEIR YARD. Then, they charged me almost $1800 in towing and storage fees, while illegally threatening to sell the car AND charge me the fees if they hit a certain limit, without deducting the value of the car (I looked up the legal code).
