One of a kind place for hand packed burgers (have the “big guys”; don’t mess with perfection) homemade sausages, ribs, gumbo, chips - seriously even the chips and dipping sauce are unbelievable. Everything is made with love and a passion for old school American comfort food. I don’t now another place like it. They simply don’t make fast food places like this anymore...if you can even call it that considering the energy and effort they put forth.

We ordered a deep fried turkey for Thanksgiving and found out as we carved it was still raw. It wasn't cleaned probably and the bag of gibblets were still inside. My husband was livid. He called and was able to speak to Brendan and he rushed us over a new one. But it didn't help much because by the time it came everyone was done eating and were full on ham sides. He was very apologetic but it will forever be my memory of our 1st Thanksgiving in our new home. I'm sure in the future I'll be able to laugh.
