User friendly reservation process! Highly recommend Big Guy Storage. They have multiple size units with affordable pricing!
STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I rented here for 1 year. My climate controlled storage unit had standing water in it and all of my belongings were wet and moldy. I lost everything. I filed a claim through their insurance and jumped through all of the hoops that were required. Now the insurance company is saying that they were not insured. I have tried to contact the new owners several times but it just goes to a call center and the are no help.
Stay away. Since changing ownership, it has gone downhill FAST. My rate has increased FOUR times just this year. Very hard to reach a live person. They left a voicemail when we missed their call, but I have yet to reach a live person since. Received email that we have 30 to vacant because of "construction" which just happened to come after I called regarding the four rate increases. Coincidence??
