I understand the need for a proof of purchase but a lot of people paid a lot of extra cost for these eggs years ago BECAUSE of the customer service alone. I could have gotten a comado or vision or any number of ceramic cookers with many more accessories for a lot less cost. I thought I was buying the last smoker I would ever purchase so we spent the extra money, and here we are. It is sad and hugely disappointing that this is what your customer service has become.
