Got the American glob, and it was not great. The pretzels tasted burnt. Would go with another flavor, especially for $6. Service staff was not very friendly when asking questions
The American Globs is quite possibly the best Ice cream cone ever. Oh wait, the Coco Cone! ;)
Loved this place at first. But the customer service lately is ridiculously absurd. Messed up our order twice then blamed us for the fault. Hopefully they improve and work to make others happy.

These guys are geniuses - if you ask for sprinkles they will pour some IN YOUR CONE before they add the ice cream. Makes those last few bites even better.
The Mermaid is like soft serve key lime pie, super yummy.
The West Village is swarming with overpriced, mediocre ice cream shops, but Big Gay is a welcome reprieve. $3.75 gets you a cup or cone with sprinkles AND chocolate dip, and the staff are SO friendly!
