I tried using Big Frog in Wesley Chapel & Brandon, Fl, both were horrible. Big Frog needs to make it Policy that all prints are perfect & up to the customers satisfaction, if not, then a reprint or refund is mandatory without question. Big Frog, you need to do better.
Undependable, unreliable and unprofessional. I hesitate to even give one star but I cannot go any lower. For any business here in Charlotte, be aware that Big Frog Charlotte makes commitments it doesn't honor, prioritizes their work according to their own needs and then walks away from customers who object to their work being sent to the back of the line, besides their promises to the contrary.
